Presidents Report:

TMMC was let go after 18 years

(I had nothing to do with it)

The gutter/roof work is nearly complete that the association took a loan out for.

Ongoing chimney work with Kinetic Restoration.

Treasurer report:

I wonder what was said during the Q/A session with the homeowners about why the dues needed to be raised. 

I wonder if they talked about the need for special assessments?

Chimney Project:

39 chimneys to do?

I wonder what two will be completed and what two they will do??

I wonder if any of those buildinbgs still have drainage issues?

Fun Fact:

CMS brought Moeller and Graff on with them and released a a lawyer that they just approved Hindman Sanchez  November 2017
