Annual meeting 2013

Not muich going on in 2013, at least not much that the Board wants to put on paper.

They did raise dues from $196 to $210

It would be nice to have some more details for the annual minutes. 

The annual meeting should be a review of the following year and it should explain what's going to happening during the year to come.
