This year we get a little more details but not much.

Plumbing repairs? What were these water lines and what buildings did they run to? 

Interesting fact:

The association is currently trying to rewrite our Declarations to make homeowners responsible for all the exterior pipes that connect to their unit.

It's a HOA and this was meant to be a shared expense. Keep reading.

No dues increase in 2014??

Things must be going smoothly, free of issues.

No mention of the 2009 reserve study so things must be going well.

It is really bothersome to me how the selectively document the homeowner's forums.

Snow removal is still an issue and Pets seem to be a hot topic as well.

Section 4.2: Owner's responsibilities, is out of the rewritten declarations proposed for 2023.

This section has been added and was not how our declarations were originally written and certainly not how our community was intended to be run.

The problem with these changes is that the HOA has been neglecting their responsibilities to maintain the property and our buildings properly over the years.

This page should have all homeowners concerned and should raise red flags.
