Annual meeting 2005

It would be helpful to give more detail as to what has been done or what is going to be done.

How many people were at the meeting?
What buildings were painted?

What decks were replaced? What decks are next?

The 2005 budget could not have been $219,300.
October 2004 at a HOA meeting they said they monthly dues would be $160 in 2005.

Thats a budget of $268,000

They had high ambitions with the commitees but with no participants it's a moot cause BUT I do like the idea.

No participation except 1 Board member and 2 homeowners.

Better then now.

I think we have 2 committees with two board members and ZERO homeowners.
