$41,409 in snow removal in 2007??

The 2021 and 2022 budgets we only budgeted $40,000 for snow removal.

2021 we spent $59,084

2022 we spent $81,745

2023 we only budgeted $50,000

Wouldn't you think $65,000 would be more realistic?? (The answer is yes it would be more realistic)

A homeowner had to request that the board do a reserve study??

The last time the must have done a reserve study was back in '98 or '99 I am assuming.

My reasoning is that they mentioned in 1999 how the engineers report said Millbrook would be broke by 2020.
