Millbrook Switched to TMMC

Streets were swept for the first and probably last time.

Parking was a issue in 2002 and is still a issue in 2023. More on this to come.

The board has accomplished a large amount of items while keeping costs "down"???

Lets put this iinto perspective:

They did a lot of half (_!_) repairs for as cheap as possible. In most situations not fixing the problems and merely covering up the damage.

Fast forward to present day and you will see how this thought train has screwed the homeowners of this community in 2023 who have to foot the bill f

I had to point out the Homeowners Forum and Dues:

An owner felt dues where too high?

Dues at this time were probably one of the lowest in Jefferson County at approximately $150.

I am unsure of the exact number, but I do know that in 2004 the dues were $156.

Also note that the boards goal was to minimize an inevitable special assessment.
