LOL about the parking and look they bought a safety device from last years forum.

They repaired a settling porch at 7914 but did they fix the drainage issue that caused it??

Doubtful because this unit is next mentioned in the 7-12-2007 minutes where they postponed mud jacking the porch.

Mud jacking is a waste of money unless you fix the drainage issue that caused the problem to begin with. This unit 

They have been doing repairs to the asphalt for years and now in 2023 it is beyond repair.

I don't think the ever installed a drip line...There are no records telling us one way or the other.

Interesting fact:

Notice how the meeting minutes are so vague especially compared to earlier minutes.

This makes no sense.

Bob term was up in 2004 and there were no homeowners that wanted his position.

Instead it looks like they just added a extra year to his term. If you look back at the 2003 annual minutes you will see they crossed out the 2004 and changed it to 2005. 

What will they do in 2005??

Snow Removal: This has been an ongoing issue in Millbrook. This is the only meeting that the depth is noted and there was one meeting it was talked about, but no clarifications were noted.

5344 Mud jack Proposal:

This was the last I heard was Alpine couldn't do it because it had already been mud jacked so they were going to replace it instead.

Reserve Transfer:

If the Board needs to transfer money from reserves to pay an expense, they need to do two things:

• Explain what the transfer is for
• Vote on it

Typically, reserves should only be used for capital improvements. (Not legal expenses - more on this to come)

As far as I recollect our front porch was not mud jacked in 2004 because it had already been mud jacked and the concrete was cracked.
