2023 Roof repairs $6,000 - LOL 

No money for gutter repairs, but we should

General grounds maintenance $18,000

at least it went up from 2022

You would think that after 20 years those costs would have gone up, not down?!?

By cutback they meant differed maintenance and cheap repairs that saved money but cut corners.

Now in 2023 people are going to pay the price for all those corners that were cut.

Sad thing is that a lot of these homeowners that let this property get run into the ground have moved and profited while the people that live here in 2023 are going to pay the years of "frugal" spending. 

The metal edging is 

2022 we were over budget. 

Hard to say how much because it's hard to say how much they pulled from our reserves.

Here is a example of how poor our budgeting is.

2023 we budgeted $50,000 for snow removal.

2022 we spent $81,745 for snow remval

2021 we spent $59,089

2020 we spent  $46,742

This is Colorado and it snows. 

Considering the increasing costs, we will likely spend more than $50,000 in snow removal
