You would think that after 20 years those costs would have gone up, not down?!?
By cutback they meant differed maintenance and cheap repairs that saved money but cut corners.
Now in 2023 people are going to pay the price for all those corners that were cut.
Sad thing is that a lot of these homeowners that let this property get run into the ground have moved and profited while the people that live here in 2023 are going to pay the years of "frugal" spending.
