Annual meeting 2012

Doesn't look like much is going on here until you look at it a little closer.

Hard to believe quorum was not obtained. Actually it's not to hard to believe because the Board never made it seem important to attend these meetings. 

We had gone to meetings in the past and the few people there never made us feel welcome. That was from my first meeting we attended back in 2004.

Shouldn't they have resched

This makes no sense at all. 

All 5 Board members can not be up for election at the same time. The terms are staggered.

Who was up for election??

And what happened?

It does not appear that they held another annual meeting (I would think one would be required) AND they never held an official election after this for 2012.

I never heard about this lawsuit against a homeowner back in 2012.

Funny they documented it at this time but skip forward to 2020 and they tried to kept that lawsuit hush hush.

I may need to go down to the court house and get a copy of this lawsuit and post it. Stay tuned.
