Annual meeting 2009

Looks like the took the homeowners advise from the 2008 annual meeting and the did a reserve study.

A homeowner (probably the same guy that recommended the study) was not happy because the Board did not impose the recommended dues increases that the study recommended. Go figure.

This in my opinion is the year that Millbrook started falling apart and it started to show.
