He also believes that the Board should do maximum increases to yearly dues until the reserves are properly funded.

Of course, they did not listen to this guy and the Millbrook reserves have never been close to fully funded since this time.

Snow removal has been a issues for years and its worse than ever in 2023.

It's unclear what needed to be clarified about the snow removal because at the time the rules where clear.

Line C the talk about ice damning? We never heard about ice damning until 2019. Apparently, this affects mostly roofs that face  North. Stay tuned and we will talk about this when we get to 2019.

This is a clip from the first newsletter we received when we first purchased our unit in 2004 from the HOA that was dated October of 2003. We never received a newsletter other than that until the last couple years.

Clearly it was the owner's responsibility to remove the snow according to Millbrooks rules and policies.

Parking is still a issue in 2023.

I had to add this because the associations lawyer tried to explain to me in an email dated 1-2022, that Millbrook did not have a rule about snow removal, which clearly, we did.

The first X shows that the association is responsible for that item and the second X is the homeowners responsibility.

This was also noted in the original rules that we were given and in the original rewrite of the rules in 2007.
