Not much going on in 2015.
It's one of the larger meetings with 14 homeowners out of 135 showing up.
The budget is raised $10 or 4.7% which is minimal, raising NO red flags.
More details about the budget would be nice.
It does not make sense how there could be 3 open board positions at the same time.
Homeowners asking about the reserve account and other items??
More details would be nice but when you are hiding things being vague makes sense.
If you do the math, you will see that something is fishy.
if 3 board members were elected in 2015 then you should have 3 board members due for elections in 2021 and 2024 but we only have 1??
This tells me that our association keeps poor records OR there is something else going on.
This meeting is one to check mark.
Note that there was no mention of a homeowners forum which means no homeowners were present.
TMMC presented a 10 year plan to the board with recommendations of special assessments for 2016 and 2018 in addition to increased assesments by 8% annually (I am assuming for several years).
The Chimney report should concern homeowners especially on the Canyon trl side
Apparently the Board did not go for TMMC's recommendations.
In my opinion they also failed the community by not bringing TMMC's proposal to the owners of the community.
This is where I believe the association really stared to downplay the associations situation and hiding the truth about how bad off the Millbrook homeowners association truly was.
